Shipping & Returns

Shipping Date

We will ship the merchandise within two to three working days after we confirm your order and payment.

However there might be unforseen circumstances of delay dispatch due to short stock. Please understand that each strap is in high demand and may require time for a new shipment to come in.

Stock is updated daily on the website, but in the case that you have ordered and we are out of stock, an exchange for another product, full refund or you will be placed on a waiting list (usually under 25 days for new stock to arrive and be sent out) and will be prioritized for stock allocation before stores and new customer purchases.

Inside Australia

Due to shipping price changes at Australian Post, we have also changed our domestic shipping prices. (As of 2017)

All purchases within Australia over $100 will get FREE SHIPPING

All products under $100: Postage rates apply with Australia Post Calculations.

 

International

Your parcel will be shipped as a Standard Airmail, we can not provide a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number, please contact us prior to your shopping so we can arrange EMS (shipping fee will be much higher with this option).

Australia Post and DHL options apply via website. If you would like to organise alternate shipping please email Tony for further options.

Returns

We will accept your return or exchange of any unused merchandise when

  • you may call or e-mail us your intention to return or exchange within 3 days after you receive the merchandise if you have changed your mind. Shipping is at your cost.
  • you find any defect in any part of the products or you received different merchandise then what you ordered, we will pay you costs of return. Detailed photos of defect are required when returning for this circumstance.

however, we will not accept your return

  • if you use the merchandise once, and, or,
  • if you call or e-mail us after 3 days since you have received the merchandise.
